Design Challenge

Build a realtime dashbaord experience that helps users understand the state of their business from an auditable accounting point of view, and be able to extract insights and learnings from that dashboard to make actionable business decisions and informed business comms to stakeholders.

Role

Product design -- Given the given user research and insights, the currently architecture of the product and what we can/can't do, device an experience that most quickly and valuably presents real time insights particularly to founders that they can leverage for the business. Also do this in a way that can be in the long term be utlized for accounting partners and internal finOps teams as well.

Visual design - Reduce color usage to a more manageable scare that works in light and dark mode and emphasizes data consumption and clarity for the user.
